4. SMS & Text Message Communications

Thomas Miller Coaching LLC uses SMS/text messaging to communicate appointment reminders, program follow-ups, scheduling updates, and service-related messages to clients and prospective clients who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive such communications.

Opt-In & Consent: By submitting your mobile phone number on any form on our Sites — including our strategy call booking form, contact form, or newsletter sign-up — you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Thomas Miller Coaching LLC at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Types of SMS Messages: Messages may include appointment reminders, program check-ins, scheduling confirmations, follow-up messages after calls or sessions, and service announcements.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your level of engagement. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are not charged by Thomas Miller Coaching LLC.

How to Opt Out (STOP): You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages unless you choose to re-subscribe.

5. Email Communications & Newsletter

When you subscribe to the 4 Peaks Parents Newsletter or provide your email address through any form on our Sites, you consent to receive bi-weekly email communications. These may include:

● Program updates and promotional offers.

Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email or by emailing us at [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to your program enrollment or service delivery.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and will process all unsubscribe requests promptly.

Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Sites and delivering our services, including our CRM platform (GoHighLevel), email marketing provider, payment processor, scheduling software, and website hosting.
